Portland arrival

The flight was a little bumpy but I got a chance to work on the baby's quilt. I'm in the applique stage. Will share a pic when it us further along.

I arrived on a beautifully clear night- evoking a sense of homecoming.
My daughter "Mitch" and my granddaughter was there to meet me!

Her hubby Jason and their red Prius (yeah!) picked us up.
We went to a great little restaurant called Shari's for a quick bite before heading along the river and up the mountains to their home in the woods near Scappoose.
