Number 1 in Kalaheo
At long last, we have Chinese food in Kalaheo where I work. No. 1 Chinese Restaurant opened its doors today in Rainbow Plaza above Window Trends. My boss and I sampled their saimin and wor won ton min and found them delicious.

Yesterday was their first day open. I had saimin with veggies in styro containers. I'll take fuud pix soon!
mmmm. I think I'll fix myself a bowl of saimin with char siu, fish cake, and green onions for breakfast!
It's raining cats and dogs right now. Wish I'd shopped for groceries yesterday when it was dry.
Don't fib - You were so hungry that you immediately wolfed down your lunch before remembering to document/photo it for your fans.... :-)
BTW - "styrofoam" isn't very eco-friendly for Green-Kauai! Is it?
I still recall seeing the trash floating down the stream in your heavy-rain, flooding footage....
