Ggakdugi on the Way!

My sister in Florida has always been an overachiever.
She even grows daikon in January.
There's going to be some great gimchee and ggakdugi at her house soon!

Perfect timing... I can see the flood of comments already!

People passing her house will smell the garlic and say, "That's a Korean home."

So what is ggakdugi?

I fixed the link to the wikipedia description. You can get a nice ggakdugi at Palama Supermarket on Dillingham.

I bet your mom will be happy. Will she be the one to make it?

The only daikon dish I like is the Japanese yellow turnips.

I am not too fond of kimchi and never have it in my fridge. Some Korean, eh?

Geez, LV is right. You and your sister look alike -- especially the one with her glasses.

Twins?

There is a super Korean restaurant here in town that serves 10 different kinds of kim chee and stuff with your meal.

Yes, stuff. I do not know what else to call it since all of it is not kim chee.
