Holy Day, We Pray, No More Martyrs Today

July 9 marked the Commemoration of the Martyrdom of the Bab.
It is a Holy Day for Baha'is.


July 11 is Baha'i Rights Day.
The Baha’is in Iran and Egypt face ongoing persecution in form of human rights abuses and denial of basic civil rights.  Their homes are raided and burned, their businesses closed, their children and youth denied education, their members arrested and killed.

BREAKING NEWS:"...trial of the former Yaran is delayed.

The families of the seven imprisoned former leaders of the Baha’i community of Iran have been advised of this delay.

Yesterday (Friday) certain sources closed to the situation informed Iran Press Watch of possible delay of trial by two (2) days, but it now appears that the delay might be longer.

No new date is give to the families."
