Bodycast and Sushi

What a busy day!

Michele had a myofascial treatment and a chiropractic adjustment.

Then we went home to do a bodycast of her pre-birth self with her girlfriend Tonya and two daughters. No pix of that, sorry, a little WAY too much info!

Then we went out for sushi. That was a lot of fun and very yummy! I'll come back and tell you more about it later.

Now I have to get some sleep. Have a very early day tomorrow that starts with a pre-dawn trip to San Jose!
