Lilu is growing up and the hummingbirds are visiting.

Mom and dad took her to a Hawaiian restaurant where Tutu (grandma) from Kauai was visiting. She practices Hawaiian healing and massage and checked Lilu for opuhuli (turned stomach) - a condition that is more common in boys.

Lilu got her first Hawaiian "touch" and made friends with Tutu!



Lilu is making lots of new friends too!








And grabbing the toy that her Uncle Aaron and Aunt Alison sent from Kauai.



I knew there was a reason that I could not attend the UH Warrior football game in Fresno this fall - That's the week Lilu and her parents will be coming to Kauai for her first visit!

She's going to be a world traveler by then. They are flying to Portugal in a couple of weeks to attend a wedding. What's the chance Lilu will come back a "port-a-gee"????
