A Pain in the...
Rotator cuffs.
When they don't want to rotate no more.
Plantar fasciitis of the shoulders. Owwww!
Xray was ??? So I went to Honolulu for an MRI (small tear on the right and calcium deposits on the left). And tried noni leaf.
But the best re-leaf so far came from #1 son Aaron who said I spent too much time on the computer. Of course he's right. And the worst part is Photoshopping for this blog and other pleasures.
His hypothesis: lactic acid buildup from the tight muscles. A few minutes of stretches and massage- ahhh. much better!
Then afterwords, we had to take the mandatory family measurements.
Steven is still the tallest, Aaron, Byron and grandson Jamison are close behind!

Gosh! You do not look very relaxed while Aaron was working your shoulders. Probably a bit uncomfortable.
Still, i am happy to hear you now have a definite prognosis; and you have a method of treatment!
Yay for Aaron!!!
And, of course, Go Warriors!!!
I don't think the computer is to blame. I sit at the computer for hours and don't have your problem. Could it be your posture? Are you scheduled for physical therapy?
I ask because David has been having trouble with his right knee -- as you know from my blog. He is undergoing physical therapy.
wafan- I was doing stretches against pressure, not relaxing. It hurts way less than deep tissue massage and gives me lots more mobility afterwards.
gigi- Yes, it is largely posture and lack of exercise. I did 3 weeks of PT before the MRI with little results. What Aaron does is more effective. I have more PT coming up and will mention this to the therapist.
