Buddha's Hand and Qi Gong

Tonight Qi Gong Master Hong presented a health and healing session for the people of Kauai. I joined a few friends for this most interesting and enlightening evening!

We were greeted by a lovely display of Chinese herb teas and rare to America citrons also known as "Buddha Hand" fruits.

We were served lovely teas and snacks made with this fruit and other herbs and then we gathered to hear Master Hong who taught us about this special time and how we can improve our immune systems and overall health.

As you can see, it was SRO.

We received herbal patches to help our spleens and immune systems. There was also a demonstration of the healing Qi. This was very cool.

I brought home herbs for tea - replacing my usual coffee.

Afterwards, my friends and I went out to Pho Kauai for dinner and great conversations.

Slick! Almost looks like Tai Chi. Must be good for flexibility and range of motion.

How did the Buddha's Hand taste? Sure looks unusual!

It is delicious and smells wonderful.
I drank some tea last night before going to bed and my waking blood sugar was down 10 points!
I also took an herbal capsule they had for sugar balance.
