Kauai Kattle Kall

Today was our first Tsai-ko "cattle call" on Kauai this year. The special occasion was the visit of Addahknowsports. Stretch was our host and we converged on our favorite pizza place- Brick Oevn in Kalaheo.



















Brick Oven is a great family restaurant- owned and still operated family-style.
We had the special - loaded with goodies- on a whole wheat crust brushed with garlic butter and anchovies on the side for Sports and I. The crust is really tasty and the center of the pizza is never gooey or doughy- just crisp and perfect.








Of course, dessert was a must. I had a small root beer float and Stretch and Sports had the ice cream pie!























mmm. Perfect!
