OK. Our new ceiling fan is up and running. Mahalo to Terry Reed and my son Steven for his help! I love this shot. The fan is spinning but the flash freezes the opaque blades which appear translucent!
The big deal of the night was watching 18 year old Jeanine Mason just TAKE IT TO THE HOUSE on So You Think You Can Dance.
Her solo was brilliant and earned a standing ovation and accolades from the judges. In this video you can see my second cousin Amanda Tae in the audience (also in the still above). She is Jeanine's choreographer and teacher.

I haven't been following this show. I watched a little last night, but then David switched to his DVR recording of America's Got Talent. I'll try to watch it next time. She certainly is an amazing dancer.
