Felicia and Tara
Hurricane Felicia simplified down to a few showers by the time it reached West Kauai Thursday.
I wasn't much fun driving to work... and downright scary at times!
We don't get much rain here but when we do, it floods.
Today I visited Mahea's Place, our lovely Aveda Salon in Kekaha. Tara refreshed my "do" and had some creative fun.
All set to see my friend Heajun tomorrow. Remember when we had our hair done together in New Zealand? This weekend we are going to do some "spiritual walking" again.

the other day, "our" cops were pulling over anyone for "distracted" driving including drinking coffee, and one guy (said) he was blowing his nose!
No law about taking pix on Kauai. Yet.
My camera is literally a point and shoot- no looking :-)
...same driving technique....
